The hotel was a good base for enjoying a good area, so close to universal parks, attractions and universal city walk, and Universal Studios and all the local restaurants. I got nice hot and cheap breakfasts with omelets.

Had good 7 nights in this hotel that's why I loved that. The staff was accommodating, pleasant all the time. The room was immaculate and quiet, included with comfy beds and great view, as example.

This place is good, and provides everything I need like free wi-fi, a heated swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff were kind to my old parents during my first stay, which I still remember. Each trip gets better as the staff remains friendly and accommodating. I highly recommend enjoying the poolside snack bar! I'm coming back for the new year.

A poolside gem unexpectedly shines
We were impressed by the resort-style pool area, which was so great and provided a relaxing retreat after our busy days at the parks. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful.
The parking fees were unexpectedly high, which left a sour note on an otherwise fantastic stay. We also noticed some cleanliness issues in the common areas during peak times.

Free Parking. Pool open until 10 pm. Very nice breakfast. About 1 Mile from Universal Studios: We have walked (is about 30 min. Walking) but the hotel has a free Bus in the morning and in afternoon to take the guests there (you should book 1 day in advance)

location was good if your doing universal, sea world, wet'n'wild(which is only 15min walk). taxi was handy frm hotel but you'll spend from $10 to $20 a go(incl tip), shuttle bus very handy but there's also "I-Ride" ($1.25 a go)/very handy as it does a long route to most areas, so ask for an info leaflet on that. Staff were super super friendly and helpful. If going to wet n wild or aquatica, rent your towels when you get there as we very foolishly bought 2 at the entrance at $21.50 each plus tax, then turned the corner to find the rent a towel/locker stall! >;-( hotel rooms were lovely n cosy, bed very comfy, shower clean with good pressure etc etc...
air con loud in the room... the most disappointing thing we both found was the price of the breakfast... it was your usual buffet. dont get me wrong it was very delicious food but it was a set price of $16.99 p/p plus a customary 15-20% tip on top! so your spending at the very least $42 on breakfast... we didnt realise this the 1st morning and i just had a very lovely fruit salad with some orange juice and a coffee... you may disagree but i think its way to steep... plenty of other places close by and you'll get your breakfast for under $10! Which we found a shame, as we do like to have breakfast in the hotel. apart from that A++++++

The hotel had a nice ambiance and its location is fantastic, just a short drive to Universal. The hot water was absent for two days and the air conditioning was quite noisy. The service was a mixed bag, with some issues in room cleaning and maintenance.

Offered free shuttle to theme parks.
1) Almost no restaurant or shop near the hotel. 2) Staff was not too nice and helpful. They were not familiar with the tourist infomation. I asked them about the route of i-ride trolley, but they couldn't answer me and finally gave me wrong answers.

Rip-off? Well the hotel is simply not worth the price they charge, you can find better hotel for less, sometimes half the price! Do not get impressed of the photos from the website. The hotel looks ok on the outside but that is about it. At check-in there was an asian girl that seemingly did not like her work, if we had not booked the hotel in advance and put the credit card down we would have walked out directly. The room was poorly isolated so you could hear the neighbors and everyone walking by outside. The room had a smell that was not delightful. In summary, look elsewhere for a stay when you go to Orlando.
